Chicago event is almost here with just 11 days to go, Pokemon Go has announced that there is going to be a real life festival event for the first time in Pokemon Go history on 8th June this year and update about celebrating first anniversary was announced players around the world have been excited since and waiting to participate in that event no one know full details of that 1 year anniversary event at Chicago but we all have different theory most say that Pokemon Go is going to release legendary Pokemon during Chicago event as in orignal Pokemon series Mewtwo appeared during an event so players are excited for Legendary Pokemon to be released as we are all waiting for these legendary Pokemon since the start of the game and they are really been legend as few players reported seen them and few claimed to own them just like a real legend.
We all know that new raid system and gym revamp was a big step by Niantic Labs to introduce legendary in the game without skewing the power too much so we are almost certain that legendary will be released through new raid system where users will participate gym raids for legendary Pokemon and during Chicago event first few legendary raids will start and then Niantic will make legendary raids regular thing just like current gym raids. To participate gym raids though you will need legendary raid pass as with current raids you can participate only by using regular raid passes which you get 1 per day for free or premunire raid pass which you can buy from store for 100 pokecoins for legendary raid pass we don't know how they are going to be given to users, will they be awarded on 7 day streak or will they be available for purchase at shop in Pokemon Go.
According to me Niantic will release legendary all over the world together during Chicago event maybe within 12 hours difference but unlikely players participating Chicago event will have advantage of getting legendary passed from sponsored pokestops and through promo codes they will get from sponsored stores so players participating in Chicago event will have more chance of catching legendary Pokemon as compare to other players around the world who might get 1 legendary pass from 7 day streak or maybe get legendary passes from shop and catching legendary bosses won't be easy with premunire balls as you only get limited number of tries so one more tip I can give you is save your golden razz berries they will increase your chance of having legendary Pokemon.
Game will be more fun once they add player v/s player battle and players will be able to fight each others with 6 of their best Pokemon and one of those Pokemon might be Mewtwo, I would love to participate in a fight v/s other player involving Mewoto v/s Mewoto or maybe 6 of my regular Pokemon v/s a level 40 player v/s 4000+ cp Mewoto which will be really crazy but hell lots of fun, I think features released in Pokemon Go uptill now are not even 20% what we are about to see in this game its like we have only seen tip of the iceberg.
